Hello there, guys & girls. I’m Jo Shields, I was made a MOTU on Friday, and assuming I didn’t break anything, this is my first post syndicated onto Planet Ubuntu. Whilst waiting for my secret society hood and keys to the Canonical corporate spaceship arrive, I’ll be busying myself with trying to make Karmic more awesome. And I’ll be at the Ubuntu Developer Summit later this month, too, if people have any suggestions on how to make Karmic more awesome they want to discuss with me. Or have any hot tips for good local beer.

Nobody deserves it more, the first beer is on me. Thank you for making my desktop rock.

Make it more stable and fix PulseAudio and the Intel drivers! ^.^ Oh, and in terms of things people from Canonical are actually working on, this Ayatana thing seems very promising so far.
Have fun!
